Speed and agency are how we operate. We internalize a goal, form a point of view, and ship, and we expect the same from everyone who joins. Our highest priority, on any given day, is whatever gets a founder to open Helm, understand their business faster, and come back tomorrow.
You don't need to be a finance person to succeed here. But you do need to appreciate what a founder can do for their company when they truly understand their numbers, and you need to want to build the tool that gets them there.
