Support channels open once you're onboarded. If you already are, your onboarding note has the direct line. If you are not yet, book a demo first.
In the app, open Settings → Integrations. Connect starts the provider's own sign-in and authorization flow; Disconnect immediately deletes our stored tokens and stops all data retrieval. For QuickBooks you can also disconnect from Intuit's side under Apps → My Apps.
No. Helm is read-only by design. We never create, modify, or delete records in your accounting system, and we never categorize or re-categorize transactions. Your books stay exactly as your source systems maintain them.
Both are self-serve in the app under Settings. Deletion timelines are set out in our Privacy Policy, which also carries the contact route for any request you cannot complete yourself.
Every metric is computed deterministically from your connected data, and every AI-generated statement cites the records it came from. If a number looks off, the citation trail shows exactly which transactions produced it — and support can walk you through it.
We aim to respond to support requests within one business day. Security reports are triaged with priority.
